Shipping policy

Wetstone product Lead time estimate is 4-6 weeks. When your product is completed we will arrange the delivery date. In the state of California, appointments are arranged with customers to schedule delivery dates.
(Saturday appointments are possible but not guaranteed.)
OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA DELIVERIES
For out of state please allow 1-2 weeks additional for final delivery after the product is shipped. Wetstone will notify the customer with tracking information once the product has been shipped. The carrier will then contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.
WARRANTY
If in the event that the carrier misses their delivery appointment, communicate to Wetstone and rearrange a different date with the carrier.
WETSTONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS BY THE CARRIER/ NOR FOR FEES CHARGED BY THE CARRIER IF THE RECEIVER REFUSES DELIVERY. ( CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A 10% REFUND OF THE PAID INVOICE IF
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WERE MISSED ONLY FOR APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED BY WETSTONE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.)
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
The buyer has the right to refuse the product if/only when the goods are damaged, in these circumstances sign the damaged receiving sheet and obtain a copy, take pictures of the damaged goods. Immediately contact Wetstone to file a claim with the carrier. The product will be re-made at half the lead time as the original and shipped at no additional cost.
Transit times are inclusive of the individual carrier. Service transit times do not include holidays and service days off as defined by the individual carrier and WETSTONE. Shipments not delivered within the date/time specified on the bill of lading may not be considered a service failure when the reason for the delivery delay is deemed as no fault of the carrier including WETSTONE California state deliveries. These reasons could
include, but are not limited to, the following conditions: an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm, delays due to customs clearance or documentation required for movement of shipment; closure of federal, state, city or local roads, streets, or highways resulting in travel delays by carrier; shipments not accepted by the consignee when offered for delivery.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Currently (June 2024) and until otherwise stated, all orders over $350 shipping to a physical address within the mainland USA will be free of charge. Free shipping will have the drop off of the product at the curb. Free shipping does not include "white-glove" service of bringing the product inside the residence nor does it include installation services.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa are all excluded from free shipping offer at this time.
